Everything it displays — screens, strike selections, delta targets, payoff models, greeks, probability estimates, alerts and adjustment triggers — is informational output of quantitative models. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, research, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative.
This platform is proprietary software, developed and operated in an individual capacity by its author and sole proprietor (the "Operator"), in whom all rights in the platform vest. The Operator is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or stock broker, and no advisory, fiduciary or portfolio-management relationship is created by your use of the platform. Model parameters (including each account's Trading Rules) are configurable defaults, not recommendations tailored to any person.
All orders are placed through broker accounts that you control, under credentials you supplied, and only after actions you take or automation you explicitly enable. You are solely responsible for every order, position, and outcome in your accounts, including margin obligations, settlement, and taxes. Review every order before firing; a confirmation step precedes every execution.
Trading in options and other derivatives involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. Losses can exceed the premium received or the initial margin deployed. Per SEBI's study of equity F&O trading, roughly 9 out of 10 individual traders in the equity F&O segment incur net losses. Alerts, auto-close, auto-adjust, and queued orders are tools that act only as configured and enabled by you. They depend on market data, broker connectivity and server availability, none of which is guaranteed. The platform may fail to generate an alert, fail to execute, execute at prices different from those displayed, or become unavailable, at any time and without notice. You remain responsible for supervising positions in your accounts.
Market data, quotes, margins and account information are sourced from third parties (exchanges and brokers) and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, and any person acting on the Operator's behalf, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage — including trading losses, lost profits, or losses arising from data errors, delays, outages, or the behaviour of automated features — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. In any event, the aggregate liability of the Operator for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you have paid to the Operator for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
